Refund Guidelines
We process refunds in the following situations:

Within 7–14 business days, the full purchase amount will be repaid to the original payment method if your returned item satisfies the requirements for a refund.
In the event that a replacement product is not available, you will have the choice to receive a complete refund.
We will also reimburse any shipping fees if products are destroyed or purchases are placed in error.

Please be aware that refunds are contingent upon our team’s review and approval. Products that don’t fit our return requirements won’t be refunded.

How to File for a Refund or Return
Initiating a refund or return:

Get in touch with us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, get in touch with our customer support department. You can give us a call at +1[8185275198] or send us an email at support@webblitz.eu.
Give specifics: Provide details about the problem, your order number, and, if relevant, pictures of the defective or wrong product.
Return Authorization: We will give you instructions on how to return the product and a return authorization if your request is accepted.

Exchanges Products that are faulty, inaccurate, or damaged can be exchanged. Within seven to ten business days after receiving the returned item, we will process and mail the replacement.

 Item Return Policy
The following items cannot be returned for concerns of health and safety:

prescription drugs that have been opened.
goods used for personal hygiene (such as razors and toothbrushes).
any item not contained in its original, sealed packing.
6. Transport Charges
The return shipping charges will be covered by Webblitz Pharmacy if the return is the result of a fault on our part (e.g., an inaccurate or broken product). In all other circumstances, the cost of return shipment must be paid by the buyer.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only permitted under the following circumstances because pharmaceutical products are sensitive:Products Damaged: You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the item comes damaged or defective.
Erroneous Products: We will set up a refund or exchange if the product you received is not what you bought.
Expired Products: You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is expired when it is delivered.
Note that we are unable to accept refunds for:

items that have been partially or opened.
goods that aren’t in their original packing or condition.
prescription drugs once the seal has been broken.
